Educator Burnout
I designed this workshop in response to burnout experienced by myself and my colleagues in the early childhood education sector. It is a blended, facilitator-led workshop featuring experiential learning, online interactive storytelling, Articulate 360 and AI assisted content writing, with online units uploaded to Talent LMS.
Adobe Photoshop E-Tivity
Did you know there is Adobe integration for Microsoft Teams? I had been designing a Photoshop E-Tivity inspired by Gilly Salmon’s frameworks for active and participative learning when I learned this. With that tool in mind, I designed a virtual instructor led online learning experience. It is synchronous and collaborative, and also makes use of Microsoft Teams whiteboard feature.

How can I help you as an Instructional Designer? I determine how to solve problems with learner empathy and adult learning theory. I work with you to develop measurable business goals and learning outcomes. Working with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders, I find the most effective modality of learning, and assist in development of the learning content delivered either in-person, online or blended. The learning content I develop is engaging, interactive and utilises strong visual communication.
